Booking Policies & Terms

Welcome to She Braids by Kee! To make sure every client has the best experience possible, please review the booking policies below before securing your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Payments

Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or mobile payment (if applicable).
A $45 surcharge applies for off-day appointments (Sunday & Monday).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting your deposit and $50 fee.
One reschedule per deposit is allowed if notice is given in time.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results:

Arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise instructed.
Please be on time — arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Children under a certain age may not be eligible for some styles; please check service descriptions.

5. Service Expectations

Kee is committed to providing high-quality, professional braiding services.
Results may vary based on hair texture, length, and client maintenance.
Style longevity depends on proper aftercare.

6. Liability

She Braids by Kee is not responsible for scalp sensitivity, allergic reactions, or breakage that may occur if instructions are not followed.
Clients with medical conditions affecting hair/scalp should consult a professional before booking.

7. Use of Photos

With your permission, Kee may take photos or videos of completed styles for the portfolio, website, or social media.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let Kee know at your appointment.

8. Privacy

Personal information (name, phone number, email) will only be used for booking and communication purposes.
Your information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA.
